This is a change which is not easily possible to submit via the Gerrit
interface because it both touches underlying user definitions and
CODE OWNER files (and I didn't want to split the commit as that
would lead to a broken state in-between...)
My experience of doing the same thing at exozy.me tells me
that it might be necessary to mess with the Gerrit backend
to fix broken references afterwards.
(which makes it pretty "manually" anyways)
This also fixes my email address, which is now just an alias for the
new one (but almost nothing else uses it,
and I want to get rid of it sometime)
